Jackie is absolutely fantastic. I needed her to redo a room for me (office to playroom) and I ended up hiring her for multiple projects after that. She came back and did my kitchen, my basement office, pantry and I recently hired her as a gift for my sister who is expecting a baby and needs help organizing the nursery. She was always punctual, she works quickly, and with very little oversight/management. I work from home and I clearly gave her times that I was available for input and she would work until I had a few moments to spare and she'd check in with me and then keep going. In terms of her process, she asked me to send her photos of my space and then she prepared a Proposal in the form of a Power Point presentation of her ideas so I could approve her approach, then she showed up with all the equipment she would need and then some (crates, storage bins, etc.) and charged me for only what she ended up using from that inventory and returned the rest. She is trustworthy, efficient, on time (both punctual and she also finished the project within the slated time she estimated for me).
